Classroom Teacher Excellence Award Nomination
The Tennessee Association for Childhood Education International (TACEI) recognizes excellence in teaching and wishes to reward twelve Tennessee classroom teachers for their hard work and dedication to the education of children from birth through early adolescence.
Winners shall be chosen from East Tennessee, Middle Tennessee, and West Tennessee in each of four teacher categories, Infant/Toddler, Pre-K/K, Elementary, and Middle School. Neither nominees nor nominators must be members of TACEI. Deadline for nominations is October 28, 2011. TACEI will notify winners by December 16, 2011.
Recipients of this award will be invited to present at the 2012 TACEI conference April 7, 2012 at Middle State University in Murfreesboro, TN. A conference display will highlight each award recipient. Winners will receive certificates and complementary one-year TACEI memberships.
